Transcripts & Report Cards

Report Cards:

Report cards are sent home with students quarterly.  Check the district calendar to see when each quarter ends.  Report cards are generally given to students about a week later.  If you need to request additional copies of a report card, the counseling office charges $1.00 per request.

Year end report cards will be mailed to your home.

Transcripts:

Current Students – Come to the Counseling Office to fill out a Transcript Request Form.  There is a 24-hour turn around.  Your first 2 transcripts are free;  after that there is a $3.00 charge.

Graduating Seniors – See Final Transcript information on the "Senior Page" under Student Activities.

West High maintains student records for 5 years. 

To order transcripts come into the Counseling office to fill out a transcript request form.  The cost is $3.00.  Please allow a 24 hour turn around.  We will need your name, years you attended West High and your birth date.  We will not release your transcript to anyone but you without a signed authorization letter from you.  Make sure you bring a picture ID.  If you have moved out of the area, you may send us an self-addressed, stamped envelope along with $3.00 cash and we will mail it for you.

Students who attended West prior to 5 years

please call our District Microfilm Office at 310-972-6138 for instructions.

Diplomas:

West High distributes diplomas to graduating seniors.  Diplomas that are not picked up, will be kept at the school for 5 years.  We DO NOT mail diplomas. Diplomas must be picked up by students only. We do not release diplomas to parents or friends. Diplomas not picked up within 5 years will be destroyed.  West High cannot make duplicate copies.
