ATHLETIC CLEARANCE PACKET/
TRANSPORTATION CONTRIBUTION UPDATE
Due to an error in our Athletic Clearance Packet, we failed to notify parents of the price increase in the transportation contribution amount. Please note that the increase in rates has been added to the forms. These new rates (an approximate increase of $20 per category) will go into effect immediately. We will not pursue the $20 increase from those who have already submitted their completed packets but anyone wishing to voluntarily submit the additional $20 transportation contribution can do so by sending a check to our Business Office payable to West High School Transportation referencing the student(s) name in the note portion of the check. Your contributions and understanding are greatly appreciated.
