Students entering school for the first time from a foreign country will be placed age appropriate by the chart issued from the TUSD district office. Exceptions to place a student in a different grade will not be considered.
Students coming from a school, public/private with in the US will be placed in the appropriate chronological grade.

*Birth Certificate
*Baptism Certificate Duly Attested
*Passport
*Statement by Local Registrar Certifying the Date of Birth
*Affidavit of the Parent, Guardian or Custodian of the Minor Setting Forth the Date of Birth
Photo ID of parent is also required for identification purposes
