Please help us select our 3rd Annual Hall of Fame inductees by completing as much information as possible on the following brief information sheet. Inductees may fulfill one of the following categories: Athlete, Coach, or Meritorious Service. The information below will be used by the West High Athletic Hall of Fame selection committee utilizing the following criteria:
• All Inductees must exemplify the highest ideals of athletics and prove to be of high moral character.
• All Inductees have made outstanding contributions to the athletic and educational program.
Athletes
• Athletes must have high public visibility and be recognized for his or her longstanding and significant commitment to their sport.
• Athlete’s athletic achievement, accomplishments and honors while attending West High School
• Athlete’s athletic achievement, accomplishments and honors beyond West High School.
Coaches
• Coaches must have coached at least 10 years at West High School and have not coached for the past 5 years at West High School. Athlete’s must have graduated at least 5 years previous.
Meritorious
• Meritorious Service recipients must exhibit an above and beyond dedication and loyalty to athletes and the total athletic program at West High School.
Dear Community Sponsor,
West High School is celebrating its Third Annual Hall of Fame Dinner. During this dinner, we will be honoring past coaches and athletes that have exemplified excellence during their time at West High School.
In addition, we will be honoring our current athletes of the year, student athletes, multiple sport athletes, and coaches award athletes.
Each of the evening’s honorees will be invited to the dinner as our guest. This is where you come in. While not a fundraiser, we hope to cover the cost of the honorees by having sponsors cover the price of their dinner.
Please consider sponsoring an awardee for $25.00. We will place your name on our beneficiary list in our Hall of Fame Program.
If you wish to sponsor four awardees for $100.00, we will place your name on our Warrior distinguished beneficiary list in our Hall of Fame Program.
