Teacher Of The Year

Attached please find an application for the West High School Teacher of the Year Award. Please consider the criteria listed when you complete the application form. If you prefer, you may write your recommendation on a separate sheet of paper.
The committee will meet to consider the applications and make a decision for announcement on Wednesday, May 22 during the Achievement Awards. Applications can be submitted by anyone in the school community: teachers, staff, parents and students.
The selection committee will include the principal, ASB president, senior class president, student activities advisor and former award winners.
Applications are also available in the Administration Lobby, ASB office and the West High website. Please submit your applications to the principal’s office no later than 3 pm, Friday, May 3.
